DELIVERY TIMES
From the receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) for items in stock, the shipping transit time (2 to 5 working days) must be added for Metropolitan France.
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Following your order, Torque Drift School will acknowledge receipt by sending you a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. If the delivered product, although compliant, does not suit you, the cost of return is your responsibility and must be completed within 14 days, taking care to send the parcel yourself.

Important: Keep your proof of postage (the post office stamp serves as proof). In the event of a delivery error or quality defect, an additional period of 15 days after receipt of the order is granted to request an exchange or refund, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code.
 

Only products returned in their original new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging will be accepted. Once the return has been received and validated, we will proceed with a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) within 10 to 15 working days.
 

The refund will be credited to the bank card used at the time of your order, within 10 to 15 days after confirmation that your return has been processed.
